Brad Leilich
Brad Leilich Lead teacher
Brad Leilich holds a AZ teaching credential, a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Towson University, and a master’s degree in Special Education with a specialization in moderate/severe disabilities from National University.
Brad is a passionate special educator who has over 10 years of experience working with students (K-12) diagnosed with autism. Brad is a self-starter, always seeking to further his knowledge for the benefit of the students and parents with whom he works.
Brad is patient, consistent, and strives to help position students to succeed in life. He develops and provides specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities by utilizing academic, functional skills and positive behavior strategies.

Deborah Strange
Deborah StrangeClassroom Aide
Deborah Strange has a BA in English/Education and a MA in Linguistics/TESL. She taught for several years in the Verde Valley and overseas in Africa and the Middle East. At Oak Creek Ranch School in Cornville, AZ, she taught transitional science and literature courses for special needs students, preparing them for college level work after graduation. At Red Rock High School in Sedona, AZ, she taught language arts and social sciences for grades 9-12 in inclusive classrooms. Activities and assignments were adapted from college prep curriculum for special needs students.
Deborah taught two years in Erbil, Iraq at the University of Erbil, training teachers preparing to teach grades 6-12. Training included work with special needs students and children struggling with post war TSD. This followed two years writing curriculum for teacher training texts, disciplines including education psychology and English for engineering.
Deborah most recently taught as a para professional assistant at West Sedona School, Cupertino Academy and Verde Valley Montessori.

Daniel Lempke
Daniel LempkeOffice Manager
Daniel Lempke has worked with families with special needs children for several years. He has experience with neuropsychological evaluations, remediation and advocacy. He has also been an AWANA leader and is currently teaching STEM at a local private school.

Daniel has experience with office management, dealing with contractors and vendors, employees, task management and building maintenance operations. He is fluent in commonly used office and engineering software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD, BobCAD and Email apps.

Daniel has exceptional organization skills, mathematics ability and mechanical aptitude.

At Leap of Faith Learning (LOFL) we know that every child is made in God’s image with unique and wonderful gifts.
